Common questions

How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT? In the app, click Connect and follow the steps. When Claude or ChatGPT asks, sign in with your VidAgent account: Continue with Apple, or your email and password.

Where are my videos? Your clips and finished videos stay on your Mac. Your projects are in your Movies folder, and you can save a finished version from the Rendered tab.

The graphics or captions are missing from a render. Keep VidAgent's window on screen while it renders. Graphics and captions are drawn only while the window is visible.

Is there an iPhone app? No. VidAgent is a Mac app for now.

How do I delete my account? In the app: the account button › Delete account. That deletes your account and everything VidAgent keeps for it.
